I offer customized treatments for your specific concerns that will leave you feeling peaceful and revitalized. During a treatment I will intuitively use crystals, aromatherapy, and sound healing to assist in your healing.
Reiki Distance Healing

For those who may not be located in San Diego or just prefer Distance Healing, I now offer Reiki Distance Healing. You can receive the same benefits as a Hands-On session because "ki" or spiritual energy has no bounds. In this session I will ask for you to be comfortable in a quiet space as the healing takes place. We will speak for a few minutes before the session so we can discuss your specific needs and set an intention.

You will then participate in a intuitively guided sound healing with crystal sound healing bowls . The goal of this session is to help you create a healthy meditation practice for your daily life.
